Florals are considered Designer's Choice. Designers Choice means that flowers have been selected by the designer and arranged in a signature design style in alignment with the discussed aesthetic. Floral designs reflect our signature style and may not always be identical to the the exact photos of flowers presented as inspiration.
Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations.
All sales are final. All quality issues must be indicated with 24 hours of receipt and accompanied with photos to be eligible for replacement.
